Once again, I am very sorry for my lack of posts lately. This week has been very hectic between selling beer and watching football…. It is finally Friday and here are a few interesting things I have encountered this week. Cheers!
I am not sure why an Indonesian newspaper chose to write about Italian Craft beer, but here is a very good article on a very exciting part of the beer world. http://www.thejakartaglobe.com/afp/craft-beers-enjoy-boom-despite-italys-crisis/540937#.UFpomUw_VZA.twitter Sadly, most of the exciting beers brewing in Italy have not made it this far West. Still, a few high-end Italian beers are available in the U.S. such as Le Baladin.

Finally, one of the most anticipated books of the decade “A Memory of Light” is complete and set to hit shelves on January 8th. “A Memory of Light” is the long anticipated conclusion to Robert Jordan’s “Wheel of Time” series. Unfortunately, Robert Jordan passed away in 2007. Since then, Brandon Sanderson has held the reins to the “Wheel of Time” series. These are some of the best books I have ever read and I highly recommend you read this epic series. If you like J.R.R. Tolkien or George R.R. Martin, you will like Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson. The prologue is available here.
